It supports a throughput of up to 40 Gbps and is capable of managing 2048 access points and 32768 concurrent wireless clients. Equipped with both wired and wireless connectivity, it includes 8 10GBase-X (SFP+) and 2 40Gb Ethernet (QSFP+) ports, along with support for GRE tunnels, IPSec, SSL fallback sessions, and an active firewall with over 2 million concurrent sessions.

Engineered for durability and security, the controller is fully TAA and FIPS compliant and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Features such as VPN support, VLAN support, and IPv4/IPv6 compatibility make it suitable for highly segmented and encrypted networking environments. It includes an internal, hot-plug power supply with optional redundancy and is designed for operational consistency in varied environmental conditions (32°F to 104°F, 5–95% humidity).
